Documents needed
Institutional:
- Extract from the trade register, not older than 14 days
- Specimen of Signature
- Articles of Association
- APEH registration sheet
- ID's and address card's of the authorised signatories
Individuals:
- Valid Identity Card
- Address card
- TAX identity card
Non Hungarian Residents:
- Official translation of the Registration of Incorporation
- Official translation of the Specimen of Signature
- Passport of the Company's representative
- To avoid double taxation, a certificate issued by the TAX
- Authorities in the residents country
We inform our individual clients, that according to the Hungarian tax laws gains made on instruments available through the Buda-Cash Trader are liable to tax. Buda-Cash Brókerház Zrt. is obliged to deduct tax after gains.
